Meat + Cheese + Wine

Join Rusty, Summer, & Steve at Chop Shop for a fun, interactive class of pairing Pine Street Market cured meats with hand-crafted southern cheeses.  Learn about proper cutting and arranging as well as flavor profiles and simple, delicious accoutrements. Start the class with bubbles and sample wine pairings based on the meats being served. 

This class runs from 5PM to 7PM and includes plenty of snacking on the Meat & Cheese displays we will be curating and wine pairings. $70/Person and participants will take home a pairing pamphlet and a Chop Shop re-useable shopping bag. Plus, participants will receive 10% off any Chop Shop purchase made at the end of the class! 

Class will take place at Chop Shop (1366 Memorial Dr SE, Atlanta, GA)

Please note, parking is limited at Chop Shop. Consider using Lyft or Uber for your safety and sanity!
