Hearty braised greens that get rich, smoky flavor from seared local mushrooms--a mix of shiitakes, chestnut and oyster mushrooms--and caramelized tomatoes, cooked with onions, garlic, and ginger for flavor and aroma. 

 

Ingredients: Mixed braising greens (collards, kale, turnip, mustards, cabbage,escarole), vegetable stock (onions, carrots, celery, garlic, dried shiitakes, bay, rosemary), mushrooms, onions, ginger, garlic, tomato paste, salt, cider vinegar .
